faviconI have just about finished up the new Jedi Mind, Inc. website. This site gives the company the ability to interact with their site visitors, subscribers, shareholders and other interested parties. The old, static website could not provide this functionality.

Also, I have built contemporary Search Engine Optimization (SEO) into the site as well. This will be an ongoing process…

The Company’s management team is quite pleased with the results.

    Hi Tom,
It appears you know a lot about jedm. I now have 50K shares
of jedm. I learned about this company on your website.
I bought 100K shares at 0.016 and sold 1/2 on Friday.
I tried to find some information on jedm but could not.
Just 4 month ago the company name was BlackHawk Financial
and suddenly they changed their name and type of business.
In your interview with their president he said they have
been in gaming business about 8 years.
Is there am explanation to it?

  • Jim, This is a great question and will address with the company. There is a new website at http://jedimindinc.com now…

  • Jim:

    Thanks Tom.
Actually they said that technology was developed for 7 years. Smartly did not
say that they had been developing it.
But two companies that merged have nothing to do with software development.
    Both belonged to Mr. Fouch.
Also, I found that Emotiv is selling their SDKs to developers. Anyone can buy
such SDK and claim to be a developer of a “mind control” software.
I will sell my shares today when market opens. I do not believe they have anything but a DESIRE and AMBITIONS. We all want to make money and I do not
care if they are not who they claim they are if I make money, but I feel when
more people find out that they are just wannabes the stock price will drop
    from its level.
I also would like to thank you for your technical analysis. I have been watching your song videos, read your articles, etc. Jedi website look great
too. You did a wonderful job.
    Thanks
    Jim

  • Jim, I have forwarded to the CEO of the Company. As you already clearly know, Small companies are speculative, but then again that is the beauty of the microcaps!

  • Jim:

    Thanks Tom.
Speculative is a nice term for the hightech software development company
that was formed from two financial services companies with the same owner :) ,
no experience, no product, no patents and 1000 sq.ft office.
I made a bunch trading jedm. I can not complain. I am quite happy.
This is a good lesson for me. I can draw the following
    1) does not matter if company is good, bad or even if there is none
    2) people do not research (i certainly did not do my dd) otherwise i would
not have bought, though i understand that it was a 100% buy on Friday (even if
they do not know what programming is).
    3) any time stock gets pumped (even if it is a bad one) it is an opportunity
    to get in
    4) exit before it dumped.

    Thanks
    Jim

    P.S.
Please keep us posted. I really enjoyed your analysis about spng and reading
    your articles

  • Jim:

    Hello Tom,

Any reply from CEO? I am out but a lot of people would like to know
if this company is for real.

    Thanks
    JIm

  • Jim, I updated the Investors page at Jedi Mind’s site.

I have seen many strange things in my 12 years in the pennies. Forming a hi tech company out of a financial services company is not so much about “changing” the business but rather, what business is put into the filings for the company.

  • Jim:

    Thanks Tom.

Are you saying they continue to do financial services?
    Just kidding.
We will wait when CEO addresses the public with all the questions (if ever).
It will be fun. There will be a lot of people that end up with
    worthless stock.

    Thanks
    Jim
